Understanding Allergen Requirements: Preparing for Food Labelling Changes
With imminent changes to allergen labelling requirements, there will be additional duties placed on food businesses from October 2021. This includes labelling any food which is ‘pre-packed for direct sale’ with a list of ingredients containing emphasised allergens.

Understanding the changes and your legal duties around managing allergens will be critical, which is why Bureau Veritas has teamed up with Osborne Clarke international legal practice to host a new webinar for food manufacturing, catering, hospitality and retail businesses.

Join food safety and regulatory experts from both businesses on 28.01.21 covering topics including:

• How to prepare for changes to Food Information Regulations, due to come into force on 1st October 2021
• Understanding your legal requirements around managing allergens
• Practical tips on how to approach the new requirements for food which is pre-packed for direct sale

Our webinar, Understanding Allergen Requirements: Preparing for Food Labelling Changes, is free to join but you must register in advance. Click below to register.
